iPlay VR Player SBS 3D Video 6.7

A simple, ad-free, lightweight video player suitable for Virtual Reality (VR) displays that use a mobile as the screen is available. The player supports 2D and 3D videos and is compatible with devices such as Google Cardboard. It has the capability to play both Side-by-Side (SBS) and Half Side-by-Side (HBS / HSBS) format videos. The player works on any phone, as long as the device has video capabilities. Note that if you intend to use it with Gear VR, do not plug in the USB port.

A few points to note:

• The player can only play video formats that are supported by your phone natively. Please refer to the link below for more information.
• It does not support web videos, such as those from YouTube.
• To control the player, you will need to use an OTG or Bluetooth mouse instead of magnetic navigator controls or head tracking.
• It does not play 180 or 360 degree full virtual reality videos. Please use Google's Cardboard Player for these types of videos.
• The player is designed for playing videos and cannot convert or save converted files.

Regarding Supported Audio/Video formats

This app does not include any media codecs due to its small size. It relies on the media codecs supported by the Android OS on your device. You can refer to the link below for a list of supported formats:

While mp4 and 3gp are universally supported, support for other video containers such as mkv, avi, flv, etc. depends on your Android flavor. Additionally, Android does not support 5.1 multi-channel audio formats like DTS and Dolby AC3 unless specifically enabled by manufacturers. In such cases, you can use video converter software for PC/Mac, such as Handbrake, to convert the video to an mp4 format with a stereo AAC track.
